The Story Behind K-Pop Ramen

Established in 2019.

K-Pop Ramen was established by two cousins who combined their experiences to bring Korean-style ramen to the public. Head chef and co-owner Tuoc Nguyen sought to build dining experience inspired by traditional ramen flavors like tonkotsu, shoyu, and miso, but with a Korean-flavored twist. He teamed up with his cousin and front-of-house manager, Alexis Huynh, who used her own prior restaurant experience to help bring his vision to life by doing all of the behind-the-scenes work.

Today, K-Pop Ramen caters to Dallas's ever-growing demand for bold Korean flavors, fast service, and excellent food.
